The Career Coaches in Residence program offers career and job search help for younger adults.
Coaches can help with general career advice, resume and cover letters, job search, interview preparation, or personal marketing material for your LinkedIn profile, portfolio or website.

Meet the coaches
Sangeetha Dikshit
Career and Leadership Coach empowering individuals to navigate career transitions, develop in-demand skills, and achieve professional success.
Sangeetha specializes in coaching a variety of participants from diverse backgrounds, helping them identify their strengths, articulate transferable skills, and develop practical action plans that support their career goals.
Wafa Oubella
Career & Life Coach and Career development professional with 6+ years of experience supporting professionals through career transitions and development. A former investment banker, Wafa brings a unique perspective to career transitions and reinvention, having navigated her own journey from finance to career development and coaching, as well as her transition to Canada as a newcomer. She helps young and seasoned professionals navigate intentional career transitions and reinvent their careers with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of building a career in a new country, Wafa also understands the unique perspective of newcomers navigating a new professional environment, redefining their identity, and finding their place in the Canadian job market. Multilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Wafa is passionate about helping people build careers that are aligned with who they are and who they want to become.
Selena Armstrong
Certified Career Development Practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) supporting individuals in exploring career options, identifying their skills and strengths, and making decisions that align with their values and goals.
Selena combines her background in career development and mental wellness to support people at different stages of their career journey, including students, youth job seekers, newcomers, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating career transitions or barriers to employment. She can provide guidance on understanding labour market information, best practices for job searching, and strategies to present your professional identity.
Jermaine L. Murray
Career Coach and Recruitment Strategist helping professionals build stronger careers by improving how they position themselves, communicate their value, and navigate the job market.
Known as “The Jobfather,” Jermaine brings nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, career coaching, and talent strategy. Jermaine specializes in helping job seekers identify what distinguishes them, translate their experience into a compelling professional story, and approach their search with greater clarity and confidence. His coaching covers career strategy, resumes, LinkedIn, personal branding, networking, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. He is especially passionate about helping professionals from underrepresented backgrounds gain greater access to opportunity and build careers.
