Any personal information shared through the Chat form is collected under the authority of the Public Libraries Act, sections 20(a) and (d), and in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).

Information will be used to administer the Library's customer support services. Please note that this chat service is not end‑to‑end encrypted. Information you share is not fully secure while in transmission. It is recommended that you only provide information necessary in your messages.
