Toronto (July 28, 2009). The City of Toronto has reached tentative agreements with both the Toronto Civic Employees' Union Local 416 (CUPE) and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 79. Specific details about the resumption of City services will be released on July 29, 2009. We will provide an update on resumption of affected library services once this information is available.
