In partnership with NOW magazine, the Salon presents Pulitzer Prize winner Chris Hedges on Wages of Rebellion on May 12th and #1 bestselling author Jeff Rubin follows on May 20th with The Carbon Bubble: What Happens to Us When It Bursts.
Five preeminent York university scientists come to the stage on May 6th for Dispatches from the Frontiers of Science: 5 Big Questions for the Next 50 Years, with the CBC’s Anna Maria Tremonte and New York Times bestseller Leonard Mlodinow.
On May 15th Laura Calder, Lesley Stowe and Amy Rosen join food and travel writer Mark Schatzker for Chefs in the Salon.
Celebrating the Pan Am Games, Canada’s most talented spoken word artists come to the stage with Poetry Saved Our Lives, an ultimate Poetry Slam on May 22.
David Suzuki presents the 2015 June Callwood Lecture, Letters to My Grandchildren, on May 27.
Culminating the season, beloved author Judy Blume presents her first adult novel in 15 years, In the Unlikely Event, on June 29th.
