Library to Announce Expansion of Program Increasing Access to Arts and Culture

TORONTO (Tuesday, February 17, 2009) – Mayor David Miller, Toronto Public Library’s Chief Librarian, Jane Pyper and Art Gallery of Ontario’s Director and CEO Matthew Teitelbaum will make an announcement about a significant library service enhancement.
