Library’s On Stage Theatre Arts Series Provides an Insider’s View into Toronto’s Fall Theatre Season

Behind the scenes
discussion of four upcoming theatre productions

TORONTO (Monday,

- Toronto Public Library is pleased to
announce the Fall 2013 On Stage Theatre
Arts Series
at the Toronto Reference Library (789 Yonge Street) in the
Elizabeth Beeton Auditorium beginning Monday, October 28, 2013 at 7 pm. The On
Stage series provides library customers with a unique insight into four
upcoming Toronto theatre productions presented by Factory Theatre (a
co-production with Obsidian Theatre), Studio 180 Theatre (OFF-MIRVISH: The
Second Stage Series), Crow’s Theatre (in association with Canadian Stage) and
Theatre Passe Muraille.    

Each
program will feature a behind-the-scenes discussion about the upcoming
production with guest speakers from the theatre company.

Carnage,

Joel Greenberg, artistic director of Studio 180 Theatre.

James Long

Featuring Chris Abraham, artistic director of Crow’s
Theatre, with playwrights and performers Marcus Youssef and James Long.

Featuring Rob Kempson, playwright
and associate artistic producer of Theatre Passe Muraille.
