The Board approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013, which were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Lobbying Disclosure for Board Members Policy
The lobbying disclosure policy was revised to expand its scope beyond procurement to cover all major policy decisions, and also to include individuals, corporations and organizations including unions.
