Coaches can help with general career advice, resume and cover letters, job search, interview preparation, or personal marketing material for your LinkedIn profile, portfolio or website.

Meet the coaches
Catherine Crawford
Career Strategist with a strong background in coaching, bringing empathy, clarity, and real-world knowledge to every coaching session.
Catherine is all about helping people grow—both personally and professionally. She is committed to giving them the confidence, tools, and strategies they need to define and build a career they love.
Wafa Oubella
Career and Life Coach with international experience coaching, speaking, and teaching in France, the UK, the U.S., and Canada. Bilingual in French and English.
Wafa draws on her own career transition to inspire and empower young professionals. She helps build self-confidence and adopt a “career-preneur” mindset to achieve their goals and create fulfilling careers.
Shenelle Payne Cuffy
Career development professional with a focus on youth job seekers.
Shenelle is the Manager of the Career Centre at Ontario Tech University, empowering youth job seekers, providing tailored career guidance and building employer partnerships.

Job seekers can book these spaces to participate in virtual job interviews. The spaces can also be used to practice video-conferencing skills before the interview.
