Community Room Rentals

A variety of rooms are available for rent across the city at most branches to support activities by individuals and groups whose primary purpose is the promotion of cultural, educational and community activities.

Must provide proof of non-profit status to qualify

The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added to all rental and associated fees.

How to book a room

  • Bookings can be made during and outside individual branch open hours, up to one year in advance.
  • Requests to book within branch open hours require a minimum 14 days' notice and requests to book outside branch hours require a minimum 21 days' notice.
  • A valid credit card is required to book a room. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
