The Toronto Public Library Board will be holding its monthly meeting at Mount Dennis branch at 6:30pm on Monday, April 28.
This is the first board meeting held at Mount Dennis. Last year, the board voted to meet at branches other than the Toronto Reference Library to make its meetings more accessible to city residents, and to create new opportunities to connect with different communities.
In 2014 and 2015, four board meetings will be held in each of the four quadrants of the city. The next meeting at a different location is on September 8, 2014 at Malvern branch.
As always, everyone is welcome to attend Monday’s board meeting.
Toronto Public Library is one of the world's busiest urban public library systems. Every year, 19 million people visit our branches in neighbourhoods across the city and borrow 32 million items.
