About Joel S. Silver

Joel S. Silver is a Toronto based composer, producer and immersive experience designer who has created music for hundreds of TV shows, films, commercials, art installations and live performances. From brooding soundscapes and hybrid orchestral scores to quirky hip-hop melodies, he crafts musical experiences that tell compelling stories. His work has been featured on Netflix, National Geographic, Discovery and CBC.

A trained pianist and percussionist, Joel studied Electronic Composition and South Indian Rhythmic Theory at York University. He now explores the intersection of technology and creativity, researching AI’s potential in music production and building custom software environments for innovative creative applications.
