  • Saturday 9:15 am to 4:45 pm

How to book

Please call or visit:

Virtual Interview Rooms can be booked for two-hour intervals, up to 14 days in advance. Bookings start 15 minutes prior to your scheduled interview, to allow for equipment setup. If you do not arrive within 25 minutes of your booking start time, the room may be given to another customer. If nobody has booked the room after you, you may extend your booking by up to two 20-minute increments.

A library card is not required to use this room. However, we encourage everyone to get a library card in order to access related resources such as library materials and online resources (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).

If you wish, you can book a practice session prior to your interview, to become familiar with the available equipment and video conferencing platforms.

Some employers may require interviewees to download software; unfortunately, we cannot install additional external software on library computers.

Virtual Interview Rooms are prioritized for people who need both a room and equipment to conduct virtual interviews. If you have your own laptop or other device and only need a room, please speak to branch staff about using an alternative space.
