    No. Online registration is an option, not a requirement. You can still sign up by calling or visiting your local branch, and staff would be happy to help. 

    If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified that you’ve been registered for the program. If you registered for the waitlist with your email address, you will receive the notification via email. If you registered for the waitlist with your phone number, you will receive a call from a staff person confirming your registration.
