Complimentary PRESTO Card Initiative
Toronto Public Library is providing complimentary PRESTO cards to people who do not yet have one and may face challenges in purchasing one. PRESTO cards are available at select Toronto Public Library branches, while quantities last.
A free digital PRESTO card can be created through the PRESTO app or added directly via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Fair Pass Transit Discount Program
The Fair Pass Transit Discount Program provides a 36 per cent discount on Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) adult single ride fares and a 21 per cent discount on TTC adult monthly passes. The discount is programmed onto a PRESTO Card Number for 12 months and cardholders must load funds to that card to access the discount.
